hello@gazestory.com is one address, read by a person. Tell us which page you were on, the username you tried if the question is about a result, what you expected to see and what appeared instead. A screenshot helps more than a description. Please do not send passwords, ID documents or anything else we have no use for.
Response time
Two working days for general mail. Before asking for something to be removed, read the removal page: removal is done at the source, and the page lists what a copyright complaint should contain.
What we cannot help with
We cannot recover an Instagram account, open a private profile, or tell you who viewed your own story. That list only exists inside Instagram. We also cannot restore a story after it expires or bring back a post the account deleted. For account problems, Instagram’s own help centre is the only place that can act.
